Is there a contract to sign?
No. There is an agreement we have prepared in order to protect your interest as well as ours.

Is there any up front cost for collections?
No. There are no up front costs to collect your delinquent accounts. Our office works exclusively on a contingency fee. If we don’t collect we don’t get paid.

How old of a debt can you collect on?
We can pursue outstanding debts as long as they are within the Statute of Limitation.

What debts can be placed for collections?
We will accept all files over $10.

When is a good time to employ a Collection Agency?
When indebtedness is 90 days delinquent. When an inquiry discloses serious financial conditions. When a customer demonstrates bad faith and loses credibility.

Are you able to find people?
Yes. Our investigators will find most individuals. We are equipped with the latest in skip trace software. It is helpful to have a social security number for the debtor.

Is Regional Credit Services able to locate debtor assets?
Our investigators specialize in locating hidden assets such as bank accounts, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other securities. The Gramm Leach Bliley act requires that all financial investigations such as bank account searches have a permissive purpose.

Does your service put a mark on an individual’s credit report for non payment?
Yes. If we do not receive payment or arrangements for payment within forty-five days of receipt of our original letter, we submit all delinquent files to the credit bureau.

Does Regional Credit Services collect judgments?
Our investigators utilize the latest in technology to track down the debtor and locate hidden assets. Once we have located the assets, one of our nationwide bonded collection law firms will take the necessary steps to attach the debtor's bank accounts, seize their assets, or lien their property to satisfy your judgment.
